This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA at minimum, with Section 508 conformance, and aims for Level AAA contrast on body text.

Nothing on this site requires JavaScript to read. The reactor exhibit is an optional enhancement; the annotated diagram beneath it carries the same information and is always present.

If something here is not usable for you, report it. The state will fix it and say when.
