Puts advanced reactors on military bases and at Department of Energy sites. Signed May 23, 2025, and printed in the Federal Register six days later at 90 FR 22581.

What it orders: the Army must have a reactor running at a domestic base by September 30, 2028. The Energy Secretary had 90 days to name federal sites for reactors, and a 30-month target to get one running at the first of them. At least 20 metric tons of high-assay low-enriched uranium goes into a fuel bank for privately funded projects on those sites. The State Department is to pursue at least 20 new nuclear cooperation agreements with other countries.

It does not mention Oklahoma and it does not create the campus program. The Department of Energy names it as one of four orders behind that program.
