Michelle Wynn Bio

Michelle Wynn has over 25 years of experience working with the Oklahoma legislature. Most recently, Michelle served as the Legislative Liaison for the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality for 10 years where she was responsible for state legislative activities regarding air, water and land policy, and she had a role in the construction and promotion of state statute changes related to Oklahoma environmental policies. She also served the state as the Director of Government Relations for the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology where she worked with agency stakeholders to coordinate the message of Oklahoma-based economic development activities, including legislative education. Prior to joining state service, Michelle was involved in association work related to the beef cattle industry.

Raised in El Reno, Michelle attended Oklahoma State University and received a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Communications.

Michelle lives in Oklahoma City and enjoys traveling and cheering on the Cowboys.
