The Oklahoma State Energy Office (a partnership of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Secretary of Energy and Environment) receives congressionally appropriated funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to operate the State Energy Program (SEP) to include efforts in energy efficiency, renewable energy and alternative fuels through communication, outreach, technology deployment and access to partnerships and resources. . Funding opportunities made available through the SEO vary depending upon this annual appropriation.
